is an en-suite sea view room situated at the very top of the building and is the only room that has views of Portland in the distance.
It is a small family room capable of sleeping 3, possibly 4 (but space will be very limited).
Recent refurbishments include: new carpet, new en suite, new décor, curtains etc.
There is a remote controlled T.V and tea / coffee making facilities are available in the room.
