is a lovely room that gives uninterrupted views of Weymouth Bay and the lovely sandy beach.
It is a double room and is highly sought after because of it's unique bay window that few other guest houses can match.
The room has recently been redecorated and also benefits from a new en-suite, carpet and bed.
This is the most sought after room and is always the first to go.
Arguably the best room in the building.
